Project Overview
Daraja Academy is an exclusive, fully-scholarship boarding school for exceptional Kenyan girls from underprivileged backgrounds in Naibor, near Nanyuki. It targets girls who are at risk of early marriage, Female Genital Mutilation (FGM), and other severe hardships, providing them with a transformative education focused on independence and empowerment.
Scope of Services:
Building Scope provided a comprehensive suite of quantity surveying services for 8545 Kirichwa Creek, including:
- Estimate: Initial cost estimation to establish a precise and detailed budget for the project.
- Preparation of Bills of Quantities: Comprehensive documentation of all materials, labor, and services required to ensure accurate costing and efficient resource allocation.
- Tendering: Management of the tendering process to select the best contractors and suppliers through competitive bidding.
- Contract Documents: Preparation and administration of all contract documents to ensure clear terms and legal compliance.
